Our highly skilled and experienced project managers will choose from
a variety of tools and documents to track and communicate progress of all engagements to our
customers on a regular basis. Our Project Managers are all current with their PMI certifications
and have significant experience with software deployments and technical integration engagements.
The following tools and documents serve to maintain control of our development, integration and
deployment engagements:
- Documented Scope and Requirements Statement
- Communication Plan for all project team members
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation Strategies
- Regular cadence of team meetings and status updates
- Issue tracking and Resolution Plans
- Project Acceptance and closeout Certificates
Optimum Path Project Managers are available
to manage projects related to our engagements as well as external project efforts. We have
experience with helping manage multi-vendor, multi-million dollar projects with distributed
geographic solutions and can also contribute to the definition, creation and mangement of a
Project Management Organizations (PMO).
