Support & Maintenance

Optimum Path provides continuously available access to support and maintenance for all products we develop and sell to our customers. Cusotmers are provided login credentials to our web-based support portal which allows the submission and tracking of support requests. In addition, while in the support portal, customers have access to all support documentation, FAQs, help movies and software upgrades which apply to products you own. Customers can also sign up for our proactive notificaitons detailing upcoming release dates and upgrade processes for any products installed in your system so you can proactively plan your production upgrade events.
